Legacy Accounts

No refunds. All sales final. Maximum data limits apply to photos and videos and are subject to change. Yearly subscription account holders may cancel any time.

For monthly/yearly subscriptions that become past-due, the account holder’s content is subject to suspension and/or deletion by the Last Farewells content management team. Last Farewells will make reasonable efforts to make all past-due account holders aware of their past-due status, and will give all account holders a grace period of at least 30 days prior to deleting any content. When deleting content, Last Farewells will allow some content to remain, to the extent that the content does not exceed the storage/data limits established for the free accounts. Selection of content allowed to remain will be at the discretion of the Last Farewells content management team.
